Free standard shipping

Standard shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum order value.

Dispatch and delivery

Your order is dispatched the day after you place it. Dispatch means your parcel is sent, not that it is delivered the next day.

Estimated transit time after dispatch is 5–7 business days, depending on your destination and carrier conditions. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Customs processing, carrier delays or seasonal demand can extend delivery times.

Tracking and support

After dispatch, we send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available. For delivery questions or an incorrect, damaged or missing order, contact info@eudorashops.com with your order number.
