Are you not satisfied with your order? We’re very sorry to hear that, so let us know what we can do to make you happy. :)
You can return your product within 30 days, and we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your account within 7 business days.
Easy Returns in 3 Steps!
Step 1: Fill out the return form. (Request via email)
Step 2: Send your order.
Send the items along with the completed return form to the address specified in our Terms and Conditions and on the return form. Please make sure to include a track-and-trace code with your package. As the sender, you are fully responsible for the return shipping costs.
Step 3: Upon receiving a shipping receipt or the returned goods, you will receive your refund within 7 business days
Products categorized as hygiene items cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. (This includes underwear, personal care products, health and wellness products, medical devices, etc.) Failed Delivery & Returned Packages If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, non-collection, refusal of delivery, or another customer-related delivery issue, the order is not automatically eligible for a refund. The customer must provide a complete and correct delivery address so we can arrange redelivery. Once the order has been successfully delivered, any return or refund request may be submitted in accordance with our standard Return Policy. If the customer does not provide the information required to complete delivery, the order will remain pending and no automatic refund will be issued. If a package is lost or cannot be delivered due to an error by us, our supplier, or the carrier, we will arrange a replacement or other appropriate resolution at no additional cost to the customer. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.
