Cancellations

You can cancel your Auto Delivery at any time. Once cancelled, no future orders will be processed, and you won't be charged again.

Auto Delivery

Our Auto Delivery option makes it easy to receive your favourite products without having to place a new order each time. Simply choose the delivery schedule that works best for you, and we'll take care of the rest.

Billing

Your payment will be processed before each scheduled order so your deliveries continue without interruption. You'll only be charged for your upcoming delivery.

Managing Your Auto Delivery

You can manage your Auto Delivery at any time through your customer account or the link in your order confirmation email. From there, you can pause, skip, change your delivery schedule, update your payment details, or cancel whenever you like.

To help us process any changes before your next order is prepared, we recommend making updates or cancellations at least seven days before your next scheduled order. Requests made closer to the order date may be applied to your following delivery.
